I have bought quite a few items from Mr. Dietz. He’s always very kind and very nice whenever I go in there. I let him know the situation that I’m having or the problem that I’m having, and he’s always able to fix it. He gives me multiple options on how to fix it, whichever one best fits my needs. Overall, the customer experience is just amazing. I have recommended everyone I know who bowls to go to him. He really just makes me feel like I’m going to be successful due to the products that he recommended.
